Very nice hotel located in a good area close to all monuments and the Warth within walking distace. Close location to capital bikes which are very convenient. Hotel is very clean , nice front desk staff. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doors on the 12th floor noisily slammed all night long. We had no housekeeping service either day we were there, hence did not leave a housekeeping tip.

The location is great, especially it is connected to DC Metro station. Don't like the shower water volume/pressure: shower water is of low volume and weak we basically doubled the shower time (and still don't feel very clean). There are 2 tea bags and Keurig coffee maker (Nespresso please) in the room. We stayed 4 for nights and I asked cleaning crew for more tea bags I was told to call downstairs. The bedding had smell like someone else slept on it.

Very comfortable rooms. Service was great. Access to shopping and food nearby as well as museums and the wharf. Took advantage of the free shuttle from the wharf to the national Mall. Will be staying here again when we come back.

Long, confusing hallway to room. No signs near the room to tell me which way the elevator was, so I kept going the wrong way. Security is posted up in the lobby, which is uncomfortable and weird. My hotel room was drab, lifeless, and unwelcoming. No decorations on the wall, nothing colorful. Really sad room. The flooring in the room was coming apart, stains on top of the bedding (thankfully there were two beds in the room!), room fridge smelled like old pasta and it was hard to tell if the fridge was on or off since there were buttons inside of it to press (which was very odd) Just a very odd experience overall and I would not stay here again.

This is my second stay at this Hilton. I love the Hotel! It’s conveniently located to all of the National Mall museums and monuments. It’s a great location to walk to the Wharf, where a variety of different types of restaurants and shops are located. The hotel also has a nice bar &grill and a convenient spot for a complete buffet breakfast (not covered by hotel rate). Overall, I recommend this Hilton without reservation and I will definitely return whenever I need accommodations.

Motion activated lights in bathroom is a design flaw — you quickly turn off when you enter and have to do it again all night— perhaps a dimmer switch option with motion would have helped— made my wife unhappy too
