Unfortunately I got hospitalized and did not get to say- Expedia would not refund the stay - the said they called the property and were going to refund a day but I have not seen it- when I book directly with hotels they do take emergencies into account - Expedia does not- I offered to rebook- but they would not

A great place to stay

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. It is always clean and the beds are comfortable and it is easy to get anywhere from here. The price is very reasonable for the area.

The place looks rundown. The pillows were smelling of sweat. The curtains just above the ariconditining was black from the air coming from the vent. This is terrible for a hotel that charges $265 per night.

Check-in/out process was ok. Attendants were somewhat customer service attentive. Elevator was old and rickety; prayed the couple of times I had to use it, it wouldn’t get stuck. It looked and smelled as if it hadn’t been serviced or cleaned since it was installed. Don’t quite understand why the gate to get into/out of the parking area is always open. Curtains in my room were not properly opening or closing. Room was extremely outdated, smelled and had a damp feel to it. One of the lamps didn’t work. Bathroom was ok. I surely didn’t like the fact that the door wasn’t aligned properly and when I went to sleep I could see the glow from the hallway through the spaces around the door frame. Did not make me feel the least bit comfortable/safe. Didn’t get much sleep which was very unfortunate, as I had an early appointment and then driving to CT there after. Will not stay here again and will not recommend. ** Can’t figure out how to upload my pictures of the door/door frame gaps.
