Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Centric. Most notable are its location (proximity to downtown) and cleanliness. The one complaint I have is that I was awakened by the guests in the room next door at 2:00 AM. Although they were not being overly loud, the walls do not insulate sound very well.

Walking into the property to check in everything was easy check in was fast I got my room key, and was in my room within 10 minutes. The room was small two queen size beds large clean functional bathroom with a large shower tub . The shower head put out a ton of water, so that was convenient the hotel uses those in shower shampoo and soap bottles that I don't particularly like but they seem to be all the rage these days. The room used a Nespresso coffee maker but which I don't particularly like but Target was just up the street with Nespresso pods so I was able to have all the coffee that I liked exactly the way I liked it every morning. The view from the room was spectacular , and the ice maker although right next to the room did not make enough noise to wake me up. All the facilities were functional the whole time I was there , although the restaurant was very expensive and the food was average. At one point noticing that the air conditioner was making a lot of noise I opened the vent cover and noticed that the filter was very dirty, so I called the front desk to tell them. The next day the filter was replaced and the air conditioner was much quieter. I say this to point out that the staff was very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Terrible service. I was given the wrong room for what I paid for, and I also received incorrect information about my stay. I was told I would need to pay for parking, and that if I wanted the fee waived, I would have to wait for the manager the next day. Very disappointing experience

This hotel was centrally located for a work event that I attended. The staff was nice and friendly, especially the breakfast staff at the restaurant. My only complaint is that the lobby is very small, and I had trouble finding a spot to sit and work. No outside food and drinks are allowed in the nighttime restaurant area, and the on-site coffee shop is only open in the morning, so I had to sit in the small lobby area with my coffee and work from my laptop on my lap. If you're hoping to get work done from here, you may need to work from your room or a nearby location.

Room was clean and the whole property was very nice. Breakfast was great. My only issue was in room 910 the bed was literally right up against the vent/ furnace it was making a rustling sound all night right next to my head making difficult to get decent sleep and the vent was blowing directly on my face. My daughter and I both woke up with sore throats. It should be considered to change the layout of that room or fix the noise coming from the furnace/ vent and fix the vent to be able to close completely if you can't change the layout. I really wanted to love this experience but this was hard to overlook.

Staff and hotel good but spending the night with and awfull noise of the AC/Heating blowing on the side of your bed was terrible . We did not sleep well by being wake up 6 or 7 time during the night by the blowing system.This could be improve because the hotel was clean and that is the only very bad thing that is not make us come back
