The hotel was quiet and close to what we wanted to see. Room was spacious and clean. Overall experience was great. Rooftop bar was nice but I felt like I was overcharged. We had 2 salads with no protein and 2 cocktails for $86 not including tip. Would stay at hotel again but will definitely eat somewhere else.

The hotel was walking distance from most of the monuments, museums and the Wharf. Unfortunately, in the 3 days that we stayed the room got cleaned just once. The breakfast was impossibly crowded, it took about an hour to get a table and do the line. The pool was very small and crowded as well. I think they don’t have the room and staff for all the guests they take.

Nice hotel, but try something else

Nice hotel with subpar food, beverage, lacking in some room qualities. Cons: The main eatery is understaffed and meals were never delivered together. We often had someone getting food after others had finished dinner. We witnessed this happen to multiple guests. Drink and food prices were also extremely high and not worth the cost. The room itself (two queens and 5th sleeper) was clean but lacked bathroom exhaust, the main bathroom door was only frosted and offered low privacy, very low water pressure in the shower, and we found beds to be not comfortable. Only valet parking at a high rate. Pros: Clean hotel Great location for DC attractions and warf dinning. Very nice staff Good views from upper floors Local quick food options Well maintained pool and gym

The phones in the rooms and hallways did not work. How were we to communicate with hotel staff ?? Pool and pool area did not look very welcoming. Staff were lovely and kings rooms offered great space. Breakfast was good for the price point.
