This property has some of the best customer service that I have seen at any hotel. They ensured our stay was 5 stars. Price was fair for the room which was large with two queen beds and a well appointed bathroom. Valet parking was quick and efficient. The entire Intercontinental team was amazing! Hard to find today and I will definitely rebook this property.

Overall a great hotel! The hot water wasn’t working on the morning of our check-out and we were told we would get a refund for parking which we never got! I see that it was clear breakdown in communication for those needing to be refunded, but other than that it was a great stay.

My husband and young daughter loved every bit of this hotel for their daddy/daughter trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the grounds were beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the area was in an excellent location. They enjoyed walking the boardwalk and popping in to any restaurant they had time for. Next time, I will join them!
