We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, making it a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which we truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, though some areas could benefit from a bit of updating over time. We also wanted to kindly mention that the dishwasher in room did not seem to be working during our stay and may need a quick check. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thank you for the warm hospitality.

This is a low quality hotel, very mis-advertised. The furniture is old and in disrepair - a nail sticking out of the couch tore my wife's dress badly and injured her. We were put in the basement(!) which is just crazy. No water, nothing in the rooms. This is way overpriced for what you get. No response to any messages I sent. The staff are polite but have no answers and management is nowhere to be found.

An apartment building repurposed as a hotel. My unit had plywood walls with an obviously DIY pain job (some spots were bare). The shower was quite old and worn out. The unit smelled of recent smoke masked with a ton of chemicals

We were on the 8th floor and the room was very spacious and clean. There was a full kitchen with an oven and a cooktop. It was a very quiet hotel.

Clean, quiet room. Nice and spacious, great kitchen and needed amenties, including iron ironing board. Couch located directly underneath heating/ac vent which made it hard to hear tv or require making tv volume too loud.

The location of hotel to convention center is amazing. The WiFi is a challenge and the floor we stayed on the elevator did not work so we had to walk up to our floor or down to it. Hopefully when we go again at end of the month this will have changed. Staff was very friendly and always there with a smile.

Great location 1 block from Convention Center, 3 blocks from Mt Vernon Square Metro. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious and clean with full kitchen, living room, bedroom. If you don't want to cook, 2 Marriot hotels on same block have bars and restaurants, plus some local cafes and pizza places. Furniture and throw rugs were a bit aged, but clean and comfortable to use.
