The property is very well kept and nice. The staff specifically front desk were very rude, we had a situation where the hotel double charged my sisters card, and I the hotel was not helpful in providing a resolution to this situation after it was there fault. It was very frustrating that manager of the hotel couldn’t resolve the issues or didn’t want to solve it because she was unaware of the “conversation” that happen between my sister and non managerial staff members. We were also lied to by the staff working the roof top bar one night of the closure time of the bar. We arrived at the roof top bar for 9:50, wasn't greater or served, but was helping another member at the bar. The actual time of the bar closure was 11:00pm but was told they closed at 10pm after sitting at the bar for more than 15 mins without getting served.

This property was amazing. I brought my two poodles with me. They have never been in a hotel before. The staff was great and very helpful. The location was near many stores and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.
