Ideal location on the edge of West End/Foggy Bottom and Georgetown. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. Apartment was very quiet, safe and clean. The layout is ideal for families - our son had his own separate space/bedroom in the basement and we had our space and family shared space upstairs in the living room and master bedroom. There was a full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. Centrally located and able to walk to most attractions, including the Mall quite easily. We would highly recommend this property.

Don’t choose if you want to get rest.

Not happy with the this stay. First the pros. Location is great. House was very clean. Cons, the beds are terrible. Master bed is rock hard and second bed is very loud, every time you move you will wake up. The couch in the living room is not comfortable. The TV in living room was broken. A tech was sent out to confirm, and were told it would take 3-5 days to get the parts in
to fix an old 22 inch TV. Could replace it for 100. We asked if we could drop luggage before check in time ,and were told for liability purposes that was not allowed. Never heard that one. Might as well say you don't trust your cleaning crew. I owned a short term rental for 5 years, so I rarely give negative reviews. Will not be staying again.

Cozy Family Stay in the Heart of Washington, D.C.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy apartment in Washington, D.C.! As a family of four, we appreciated the comfortable and inviting space that felt like home. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the White House and Georgetown, making it easy to explore the city's iconic landmarks. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a central and charming place to stay!

A very nice, clean and modern 2BR/2BA condo right on the border of Georgetown and the West End. Superb location, friendly and responsive host, exactly as advertised. We would stay again!

Thanksgiving in DC

Everything was convenient and very comfortable. We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for our family one night and found the seating and accommodations adequate and comfortable. The area is great for walking and has many options for shopping. There is a Trader Joe’s just across the streeet which was extremely helpful and a Whole Foods less than a half mile away. A Starbucks just up the street and parking was easier than we thought. We would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Family getaway

Such a cute little apartment to stay in to discover a new city. We were there with our 2 kids, 8 and 11, and they really enjoyed the stay as well. Very clean space to stay in, especially the bathrooms which is very much appreciated. There was everything you could need in the kitchen, which was awesome. The coffee set up was nice and we were able to throw a pizza in the oven for the boys on our first night there so we didn’t have to worry about picking something up. The Trader Joe’s right down the street was very convenient, as was the location of the apartment itself. It was a quiet little corner that was a short Uber ride away from monuments and walking (or scooter) distance to restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever in the DC area again. to
