The check-in was bad, the staff couldn't find my rooms. However they placed us in 2 other rooms for our stay. Rooms were fine and staff was courteous, but the stress and concern for our original booking thru Hotels.com was very upsetting.

The receptionist was bothered to have to check me in, and then was bothered, when I requested to switch rooms after finding a bed bug in the first room. He denied that they had bed bugs, because “we clean the rooms after every stay.” Be that as it may he should have done more to ease my concerns. He did not even offer a refund.

This is a very underrated property! It is sensational! We loved the room, the continental breakfast was excellent, and, the helpfulness of PK (front desk clerk / manager) was amazing. We felt valued and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and can’t say enough good things about this gentleman and the hotel itself. Thank you for a great stay!
