Property was clean, but that was about all. The wrong room had been held for us upon checking in. So we had to wait for someone to go to room-to-room to find the right one. When we got the one we’d reserved (king with pullout bed), there were no linens for the pullout. I left to get dinner and asked to have them sent up and left by the door but when I got back, they hadn’t been taken up. We tried to go the hot tub, it was cold. Tried the pool, it wasn’t clean. The continental breakfast was good, but there was a tip jar which I’d never seen before. I tried addressing some of my concerns upon checkout but was rushed out with a business card for management. First time staying at comfort inn and will definitely be our last.

This hotel and staff are great however i strongly suggest any platform other than Expedia for booking. Expedia has repeatedly booked rooms as jetted tun suites that are plain rooms with plain bath showers and you have to pay more for regular room . .
