Would recommend Gilmer - I arrived after hours and everything was set up for me including parking which is very easy and convenient. The hotel is easy to access from SH1 which reduces city driving. The room had everything I needed. I didn’t need aircon but there was a fan.

Room was quiet. Bed very comfortable. Easy access to Lambton Quay through a parking lot to an elevator. Very good Chinese restaurant, Jasmine, after you exit the elevator. The toilet in our room took a couple of flushes to clear the bowl. The AC never seemed to blow much air and made a clicking sound. Hopefully they get those things fixed for the next guests in 316.

Our room was clean and spacious. The location is so convenient that is walkable to Lambton Quay where you can dine, shopping and shop for your grocery. The cable tram station is also there. If you drive to the hotel, make sure to book the hotel parking in advance. Otherwise, you will need to park at the public parking across the street

Room was clean and comfortable loved the washer and drier , the woman on the counter at check was amazing she let us store our bags for the day as we arrived at 8am and she messaged me at 1pm to tell me my room was ready, we got a late check out and this was arranged very simply by another fantastic staff member on the Sunday, we will be staying again definitely, also it was a perfect location very central and close to everything
