For a CBD location, this studio is quiet (has sound proofing) and spacious. Parking is just across the road and parks were reserved for us when there was a big game on at the stadium. It has nice extras like the Botanicals shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, nespresso and lollies in reception. It is nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We had an enjoyable 1 night stay. We arrived a bit late but the staff at the front desk were very helpful. When we arrived we were welcomed and given lots of information about the area and parking. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to get groceries after we arrived. The only issue we had was the parking as no on-site parking was available and we had to use street parking which was fine overnight but only 2 hours paid parking after 8am. A bit of a hassle.

A very lovely hotel. Very clean, attentive staff, great kitchenette, bathroom and comfy bed. I would come back to this hotel in a heart beat. It’s also very near the ferry port so not too much driving in town to get to the hotel. Again…. It is very comfortable, clean, efficient and near to everything. Thanks to them for providing such nice accommodations in a busy town.

The property was located within walking distance of where I was working in central wellington but within my price budget. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning if I needed it. The room had everything I could have needed for a longer stay - washing machine etc and had disabled facilities as well in the event I needed them. Plenty of room and entertainment on screen. The hosts were friendly but not pushy. Overall I can't fault it.

A good location to walk around and see the sights. Rooms clean and had everything you needed. Parking is limited and you need to book and pay for a spot if you have a car. Very handy location if you are using Ferries. Good pubs and eateries nearby.
