Good price, clean and comfortable!

We had a lovely stay. It was a very quiet place, we had everything we needed and we were close enough to get to Ogunquit and Portland. The price could not be beat. Lots of restaurants near by. Old school motel vibes still had the old keys.

Very cute place in Wells, great central location and access to nearby beaches and restaurants! Friendly owners and well kept, comfy rooms. Grocery store across the street is very convenient! The only thing to know ahead of time is a kitchenette here doesn’t include a hot plate or stovetop/oven—a microwave is available, but only the queen studio appt includes something more. Not a big deal if you are aware ahead of time; as food in this area is pretty expensive, so it would have been nice to be able to cook with groceries to cut some costs. Overall, really cute and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere and well kept. Thanks!

Don't like pets and very rude

Made the reservation in distress as i had a flat tire and my family very up set, didn't know they had a no pet policy and i walked my small dog in and out on a leash then i get a very nasty phone call from them stating they needed to throw away bedding because they couldn't clean it, the dog slept in her own bed with her own blanket, they charged my card $109.00 and threatened to charge me $250.
