The beach is just over a mile away-not a bad walk! This brand new custom home was just built and ready for your use. Situated on 17 acres of privacy and offering a wood burning fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining area. Wake up in the morning to some wildlife enjoying the 17 acres as well, turkeys and deer! Inside has vaulted ceilings and a wide open living room, kitchen, and 4 seasons sitting area with direct access to the back deck. There are 3 bedrooms total.
Bedroom #1: King bed- Primary bedroom ensuite with soaking tub, shower, and walk in closet
Bedroom #2: Queen/Queen bunk bed
Bedroom #3: Queen bed

Beach toys, chairs, and beach towels are included. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

Please note, the garage is not for guest use!
