Disliked: Cleanliness

Beautiful property

Lovely place but needs TLC. Been neglected somewhat. There was no toilet roll. There was 1 towel for 3 of us. Both beds needed fixing but Dan was good n came straight over n done them. Found 2 false nails in the cutlery draw. No welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. Christmas tree had 1 bauble on it. Just small stuff but collectively was a little off putting. Shame to have such a gorgeous property be neglected. Dan n his family are lovely though they love a bit of karaoke n made us feel most welcome in the bar on boxing day evening with their family. Also my big dog Bear was very much welcomed n got lots of attention.
