This cozy Mount Snow condo is the perfect spot for your weekend getaway. Enjoy stunning mountain views, a fireplace for apres-ski relaxation, and easy shuttle access to the slopes. Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, a queen bed, day bed, and a pull-out couch - comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. Whether skiing or relaxing, this condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay at Mount Snow.

Other Things to Note:
-Due to an allergy there are not pets allowed at this property.

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Summer hikes

The place is absolutely perfect. Nice setup, great kitchen and awesome mountain view’sGreat home base to get to mountain activity and drive out to so many nearby hikes and trails.
