A truly fantastic stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back on our next visit!

We arrived to find our room dirty - even the door to our room was filthy. Smears of something all over. Rooms did not smell good, dirty carpet. Poor decor. (No dresser etc.) no Kleenex tv didn’t work. Cancelled our second night immediately. We went out for the evening and when we arrived back even the cab driver commented - “oh this is not a good hotel.”

Horrific - avoid at all cost

Throughly disappointed - requested a room change due to the bathroom being horrendous with crap and blood, clearly had not been cleaned - arguments on both floors to the point where cops had to come. They have signage posted $500 cleaning fee for smoking yet both rooms were rancid with smoke smell. Rooms are conjoined rooms so if someone is talking on the other side of the door you may as well invite them over as there is no privacy. Bedding looked to have mildew spots and stains. Both rooms the windows were left open with broken or missing screens so bugs are present.

The bed was alright to sleep in but the room was not that clean. The smoke detector was hanging down and holding on by a wire. The walls was dirty and the bathroom was not that clean.
