Was very friendly staff, and had no issues on two queen rooms, my mom had single queen first room had weird smell. Second room unfortunately bed frame was messed up. She was tired and just got the sleep she could for the night. How the staff was so kind I’m sure they would have switched her again had she asked. Would definitely come back if needed. I do believe some reviews on the hotel smelled weird isn’t that it smells weird but it’s more of extended stay hotel and like mini apartments so everyone is cooking dinner time had some smells coming from other places but not in the rooms just halls and I’m okay with that was comfy safe stay and super friendly

Location was very convenient to where I needed to be. Cleanliness was so so. Smell was too strong for cleaning agents. Some staff are not very friendly. It was past 10 pm when I tried to get in bed, noticed that the sheets were not clean and has hairs on it. Called the front desk and they made me come down to reception to get a set of fresh sheets after I have to take off the old sheets and bring them down to them for exchange.
