Its a lovely hotel and but let down by the rules that rooms are only serviced every 4 days in spite of requests Michael in the management team more than made up for it, Room 431 needs new lights and a bathroom that functions better . No mirrors with lights. No where to put tooth brush or soap bar etc in show. No trays at all . It's not thought through,. It has the makings of a good place and Michael was kind and helpful . We also had great help with rescue from the snow as our car was snowed in.

I do think there were certain areas of the room that could have used maybe an extra hour or two of a clean/wipe down. The massage chair was great. The sheets and comforter was great. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. My biggest gripe was that youtube wasn't on the TV.

Small rooms, building materials under the closet, under the bathroom vanity, the massage chairs are a weird item for the room? Small “fridge.” Rooms otherwise clean. Couldn’t check in, given the wrong key multiple times and manager still couldn’t get our room open so had to move rooms.

The building is dated and old. The room looked beautiful but there was hair on the bathroom and bedroom floors. It looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped before we got there. The bed was uncomfortable.

Roach Motel — Do Not Stay Here The room looked nice at first, but when I lifted the toilet seat, a cockroach ran across it. I immediately checked out. I was promised a refund, but when I called the next morning, the front desk employee was rude and tried to gaslight me by claiming it was a stink bug — even though I have video proof. When I asked for his name, the staff refused to provide it. I've called several times this morning and the phone goes unanswered. There’s also an abandoned hotel right next door, which may explain the pest problem. Unacceptable experience and terrible customer service.
I wish I could upload the video. I had to zoom in from the video so it's a bit grainy! But this guy was running around so fast
