The location was the only thing that was good. The facility as a whole is old and very outdated, worn, and in great need of renovation. Outrageous prices for very bad room and amenities. Cold breakfast. Room and bathroom very small. We recommend that people avoid this place. Never again!

The remodeled part is ok. The old part is terrible!! The staff put us in the new part after we complained. The old part was old and smelled. The newer part was better. The staff was great. The breakfast was ok.

Expensive and dated

The hotel is too dated. Beds were not comfortable. AC was noisy and didn’t work well. Breakfast was poor offering only cold boiled eggs and sugary pastries and yogurts. Furniture, doors and carpets needed to be replaced 30 years ago. Expensive because of the lack of options in West Yellowstone.

Things change.

Our second stay here after many years, it is sad to see all the expansion and building West Yellowstone has done. Nothing the hotel can help except wish there was a lounge like before. Also dont go to The Gusher pizza place across the street, rude owner operator after a salad we went to the taco truck across the street very good.

The room was clean but very dated. The breakfast had no offering of hot items except waffles and oatmeal. Plenty of room in the breakfast area. Lots of options for toast, fruit cups and cereal. The pool was clean and spacious. Did not use the workout room but it was available

The hotel has Old Fashioned look & feel/vibe, but it is not maintained and feels unkept. Repair patch work visible in room. Carpets did not feel clean. It seems like they are only charging premium for being near to Yellowstone rather than the property itself.

Nice people, above average rooms for comfort, great breakfast, dog friendly….. sink setup was a little odd as far as splashing water everywhere, tub was slow to drain but overall good experience. Very close to tourist attractions.

The room heating and cooling system wasn't working properly. Had it set at 68 but never felt cooler then around 75. No I didn't have anything to check the actual temperature. The swimming pool looked clean until you were in it. It was gross.
