Tucked away in a tranquil rural area with easy access to popular attractions, this charming part of Wiltshire serves as an ideal base for both exploration and relaxation amidst lush scenery. Stock up on essentials in Warminster, where you can also admire one of the iconic white horses carved into the chalk hillside or enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. Just 4 miles away, Longleat House and Safari Park awaits, while the historic city of Bath is a mere 12 miles from your doorstep. Consider spending an afternoon in Frome (4 miles away), where the medieval streets invite exploration. This vibrant town is home to a range of independent shops, artisans, and eateries catering to every taste. This contemporary apartment has plenty of eco-credentials and a wonderful position amidst similar properties inspired by Scandinavian design.
Head up the external staircase to the entrance on the first floor of the building. Once inside you'll be met with a welcoming hallway, with plenty of room to leave your coats and shoes, plus a separate WC leading off it. Just next door is a fabulous open-plan living space, cleverly divided to create a generous well equipped kitchen area, a lounge with comfortable seating, Smart TV and wood burner, plus a dining space opposite. This room is light and bright thanks to the full height windows and door leading onto the balcony that spans the rear of the property. Also on this floor are two of the three bedrooms, a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a super-king-size zip-and-link that can be converted into twin beds if required. The contemporary bathroom is next door. Across the lounge you'll find stairs rising into the eaves, where the final bedroom is located, a super-king-size zip-and-link that can also be converted into twin beds. This spacious room has dual aspect Velux windows from which to admire the views and a sofa bed, ideal for an extra guest and available on request.
Heading outside onto the balcony from the living space or bedroom, you can settle down with a good book and a sundowner or simply relax and watch the livestock opposite. There is a shared lawn area surrounding the properties, scenic woodland trails and over 150 acres of parkland to explore. One off-road parking space adjacent to the property and further off-road parking available in a shared car park approx. 200m away (subject to availability).
