Would have been nice to know that they are doing major construction on site. One elevator not working. Noisy construction workers could not sit out on our deck because workers were there. Will not return to this hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the centre and it's amenities and within a short walk to Whistlers main attractions.If you are planning to stay a few days without using your car, the underground car park is safe and convenient. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or it's staff.

Pretty easy check-in everything was clearly written and informed in advance a great room very comfortable beautiful scenes the kitchen being there is also very convenient little shops around the hotel makes it really easy to grab a coffee in the morning. The price was great honestly no complaints. would highly recommend.

Location was excellent. Top floor was great. Room facilities were good. Only problem was the terrible noise every time the lift was in operation. The fixtures, fittings and decoration was very dated. I would not recommend this complexes top floor to anybody because of the lift noise. To supply ear plugs on the bedside tabe was a bit off putting.

The room, whilst a queen bed studio, incorporated a functional kitchen which was great for breakfasts. A super small balcony was best used to allow fresh air in. Level 4 and 5 rooms seem to have larger balconies than level 3. Very xlean room booked by various providers so differing rules re garbage collection or non collection.

We liked the place but it is showing wear, the room microwave have crack in glass on front, railings worn, table showed a lot of wear, pans were worn out, and they were doing construction on the room just below our room, the smell and sound made it impossible to keep the window or door open or use balcony. We stayed at the Pinnacle for a day at the end of the week, wish we had stayed there. It is a nice place but need to let people know about the construction, and could use some updating in the room.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a very nice temperature. I would have liked the gym to be open before 9 am but overall it was sufficient. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool and sauna permits both are expired. Emegency lights are passed due for inspection. Th washing basin tab water was extremely cold, and didnt get warm during our stay
