The place is clean, and is a short walk to the busy areas of Whitby. Not a huge deal, but I got kicked off the WiFi multiple times, and had to walk due four floors to re-scan the QR code. There is no staff, and the check-in process was a bit confusing. I eventually did see a message from them in my Expedia account, but I wasnât checking that, since I was busy traveling. Thereâs a three-hour limit to the parking passes, so I donât know what happens if someone shows up before 4. The place was fine overall.
