The bad - The Pool & Bar were both closed, Maid service is every other day not helpful on 2 day stay, Appeared Construction was going on in Entrance way on day 2. And room next to us sounded like an unattended kid party was going on w/ screaming at the top of their lungs. Oh lets not forget about $15 a day parking surprise. Bonus was the Continental Breakfast we enjoyed that the most. If we had known amentities weren't available 24/7 up front we would have booked elsewhere.

Lots of inconvenience during this visit. No hot water until late at night on the first night. On the second, fire alarms, a flood in the hotel, no water pressure. A believe all this adds up to a refund, but that has not happened.

Partially friendly and professional staff. Rooms are subpar because carpets are worn and not steam cleaned properly. Had to change my room due to nasty stench. The other half of staff during the daytime hours have a “NY do it yourself” attitude.
