I stood here for one night while work was being done on my home at first just seem like it was clean, then went to put the kids to bed and noticed that the bed that they was laying in it was dirty housekeeping never cleaned the bed as in never change the bedding, whoever Stood before me you can smell the older all on the pillows. The pillows was wet. The sheets was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It was hair all in the bathroom. It was even open soap in the bathroom. Is there something that should be addressed because children should not have to lay on dirty beds that were previously used. Which was a huge turn off for me only thing. I really love about the hotel was the convenience of the shopping and dining in the area along with transportation, but I would not be returning to this hotel. Paying almost $200 here was worth it go elsewhere.

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. My husband and I have bad backs and it felt awful each night. The last night I had the idea to sleep on the pillows for some comfort. Housekeeping was upon request the 2nd night and the glasses and mugs were not replaced that were used. There is no exhaust in the bathroom and the mold on the grout was evident after day one. I thought housekeeping would clean but they just replaced the linen. Floors not vacuumed. Breakfast option was good but the scrambled eggs were more like scrambled buddy beads. I rate breakfast a 3. I would stay again in hopes to build a Hyatt relationship as I aka frequent traveler to the area from out of state at least 6 times a year. I usually stay at the Cambria in Whie Plains and I have to say even the lobby of the hotel did not have any welcoming water or fresh scent blowing through the vents. When I am able 8 also stay at the Opus. Thank You!
