Loved the staff bartended at night and morning were great for Tapas and breakfast. The real bug sell was the amazing huge wall display with relaxing scenes. It gave a completely different vibe than what I was expecting from New Rochelle!

Room was tired and worn with peeling paint in the bathroom. We were given no shampoo and one little bar of soap for two people for two days. The worst part was the noise late into the night. Loud music from the bar downstairs and in the lobby. Until 2 am. Don't stay here if you want to sleep .

Arrived on Sunday night for one night stay. Lobby was dirty- only one elevator working also dirty- the hallway and room smelled of cleaner / air freshening chemicals so strong it made you nauseous. Told the front desk we were checking out / did not want another room. Asked for manager, they said she wouldn’t be in until Wednesday - called Wednesday left message. No return call for days- called Wyndham corporate office they said I had to talk to manager. Called Expedia and they also said I had to talk to manager. When I called hotel there was no answer. Expedia spoke to her and she said their rooms/hotel were clean and we were in our room for 25 minutes and sat on the bed. No refund will be given. Is that Wyndham’s or No Ma’s idea of customer service? Horrible experience - terrible dirty facility - horrendous customer service - would never go back or recommend EVER!!

I booked through a third party and the clerk said they’re going to take a $15 amenities payment for parking in their parking lot. But if I find another place to park they will stlll charge me the amenities fee. The third party app says free uncovered self parking. I’ve stayed in a good number of hotels through this third party and never had an amenities charge at the hotel. Did I miss an alert? I looked back and if there is a warning it’s easy to miss but I don’t think there was one. Awful desk people. They just kept saying it wasn’t in the third party charge.
