I stay at this hotel every time I go to Wichita Falls the staff is always friendly. The beds are comfortable and my grandchildren enjoy the pool and hot tub which today have been working every time I’ve stayed which I cannot say about all hotels in Wichita Falls.

Very Nice and clean room, very very nice staff! Had a good breakfast too 🙂. There was water damage in our bathroom that was older. And definitely needed a repair. But other than that...would stay again other than that everything was great!

Very friendly staff. Nice location and affordable. Rooms are dated, especially the bathroom. Tub was peeling. Tile cracked. The bed was EXTREMELY hard. Not our preference. We prefer a soft mattress.

Stayed here with my 3 year old daughter. Room was clean, pool was great and the front desk staff was friendly. However, around 1030pm I received 2 different phone calls (about 5 min apart) from the staff asking it the bathtub was overflowing in my room. I assured them that it was not and that I hadnt turned on the shower or bathtub since we arrived. I was trying to get my 3 year old asleep and was annoyed by the 2nd call but understood that they had a job to do. 10 minutes go by and my daughter finally gets to sleep and someone starts banging on my door. It was staff again asking if my bathtub was leaking. By this time, I was frustrated with trying to get a child to sleep that I decided to just check out of the hotel.
