This place needs to be shut down. I should have cut my losses and went elsewhere once I entered the room. Actually getting into the room was a pain because I had to turn the door handle the wrong way (up) to get in. I couldn’t properly lock the door deadbolt because the hole wasn’t big enough. So I had to use the door latch, along with a torn up, desecrated leather chair that should really be in a dumpster to block the door. If you want proof, there was a grouo of dead flies in the corner after I moved the chair. The room may smell clean but it’s not enough to cloud your judgment when you see that there are a couple flies near the sink and in the bathroom. Don’t bother with taking a shower in there; you’ll feel dirty just doing that. Stupidly, I was content with the room because I was only going to be using the room for sleep. Unfortunately, that’s near impossible when you have the absolute dredges of society staying there. I think they are actually tenants. There was some couple arguing and smashing the doors and I guess they got into a fight with someone else. After two hours of trying to get to sleep, I was ready to just grab my stuff and check out early. Unfortunately, I couldn’t because their fighting was occurring either outside my room or near my room. God knows if I walk out during their conflict, I may have been collateral damage. I’ve stayed in some bad hotels. This is the absolute worst place I’ve every stayed at, and I blame myself for being content with it.

Infested- roaches, bed bugs maggots

My daughter was tore up by bed bugs to which they just gave us a 50% discount, and then moved us to another room which had old maggot infest food left behind and maggot larvae everywhere… When we talk to front desk about the maggot problem they refused to even come clean it up until the following day .

Worst experiance

The room was dirty there was no fridge in room or microwave. The towels were dirty and there ws no trash can to put garbage in. Also had to wait tell they fixed the dorr handle that came off the room door over all worst hotel that we stayed at so far

Very dingy and rundown. The mattress was not encapsulated and it had old evidence of bugs. The powder in the corners of the floor was some type of bug powder. It had a strong chemical smell.

Staff was helpful and attentive. Facility was clean. My room definitely needed to be finished painting as none of the edges were done. The bed cover had a cigarette burn on it, and the chair was is absolutely horrible condition, as a form hotel sales person, I was pretty surprised and appalled by that. Just remove it. As a solo female traveler though, I felt safe in the location and for the price, I was pleased enough with it. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub was fun and was clean, but the plug didn't work right, so the water had to stay running to keep it full. But, never ran out of hot water. The 2 shower heads in the shower and the surround sound speaker system were all pretty cool too.

Toilet was broken and overflowed from the tank when flushed. Blankets had stains on them. Curtains had been burned and melted. Air conditioner barely worked and sounded like a train about to come off the tracks. Front desk employee was useless. Stated he had only been working for three days and was left on his own without help. They were unable to even print a reciept. Checked in at 5 and tried to leave at 9. They would bot provide a refund and just offered a different room. The whole property was in shambles.
