I booked a room with a King sized bed with river view, which was confirmed by Hotels.com. However when getting to my room i had a double queen. When i asked the clerk about the reason for the change she said "well they are the same price".

I had to physically clean the floor of the bathroom as soon as I walked in. Hair everywhere. While using a dampened towel to wipe it, the towel became brown. This told me that i wasn’t just cleaning a large amount of hair, but also dirt. This washroom was not clean and I didn’t enjoy being in the room. The restaurant/bar staff was amazing though.
