Everything online said this hotel had a shuttle service from the airport. We discovered at 11pm after we landed that there was no shuttle service and had to resort to an uber, which took over 30 minutes to secure. Also the hotel was very noisy due its proximity to a major highway and the airport.

The walls must be really thin. You could hear other guest. The outside traffic noise was terrible. We turned on the heat and it smelled bad and the fan was noisy. We had to run the HVAC fan all night to drown out the traffic noise. We won’t be staying there next time we are in Wichita.

False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding.
