The hotel claimed they lost my reservation even with confirmation numbers. Gave away my room and then wanted to put me on the 2nd floor knowing it was not requested in the original booking. Left me frantic at midnight after hours of travel in traffic to find a new place to stay. Didn’t even get offered a refund or compensation. Staff extremely rude.
