The room seemed clean, the daytime clerk was friendly and the area where it was located seemed nice. The biggest issue was that there's a 'sleeper' sofa but not enough room to pull it out. The sofa was a little small and built weird for someone to sleep on w/o pulling it out. Also, the hallway we had to walk through smelled like smoke several times. Why not put the smoking rooms at the end of a hallway? It's an ok hotel for the price.

The room had an odor when we entered but I thought it was because it had been closed up. Turns out the air conditioner was leaking water into the carpet and it wasn’t drying out. I did report the leak upon my checkout. There was no syrup for the waffles. That’s a big disappointment for me because I like syrup on my waffles not peanut butter or jelly as was suggested by staff. The sausages were cold and when the staff was told she just shrugged it off instead of offering to make more. The gravy was running low and when the girl was told her response was to get her a plate and get the remainder and take it to the office. Also I had to ask for cups for the juice machine. I picked this hotel over the courtyard Marriott across the street BECAUSE of the free breakfast that’s why I’m so disappointed. The young lady on duty the night I checked in was very accommodating. The morning staff not do much.

The room was okay, the sofa bed didn't have sheets to cover the mattress, when you pull up the sofa bed you could see all the trash in the sofa. We tought there was going to be a cleaning service and we didn’t even get new towels, I asked for some and they wanted me to take them down to the lobby.

people where loud all hours of the night till around 2am, running up and down halls and banging on doors. Happened every night and staff did stop it just told me that he raised his kids already and wasn't raising someone elses. Not happy about that it was hard to sleep.

Basketball Tournament Visitors

In town for a Basketball tournament check in was quick and easy. Room was decent for the amount of time we were going to spend in there. Only negative was the shower. The water was either cold or extremely hot there was not in between. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast options. Staff was accommodating for the most part. My house keys turned up missing and I called to see if housekeeping was able to check the room and Justin at the front desk was very unempathetic and definitely not will to go the extra mile to help. He told me I had to wait until Housekeeping came down for the day which would be 2 hours later. I called back at 2 hours for a follow up since I didnt hear from Justin and Brandon was able to contact housekeeping and have them check the room immediately for the keys.
