Building poorly constructed. There was little sound proofing. The highway noise was very loud. Other noisy guests were very auduble.

The air conditioning unit in the room was not working properly. It was very humid in the room. The front desk people came to the room to look at it and adjust it, but it still didn’t work. It wasn’t terribly uncomfortable, but would have liked the AC unit to work better.

This was our first time staying at SPARKS, the workers were nice and friendly. The rooms were also spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable so we got our needed rest. Breakfast was ok, very simple the basic coffee, orange juice, cereals, oatmeals and bagels take your pick. HEY BETTER THAN NOTHING ; ). Pool was a nice size with a standard jacuzzi. All in all I rate them a 5 STAR 🌟 I will most definitely come back!

The Spark was so clean and modern! I did not have the opportunity to swim due to the numerous children who were swimming on Saturday. They purportedly damaged the Filtration System, so there was no swimming allowed on Sunday morning. An “Adult Swim Hour” would have been nice.

Great overnight stay.

It was an overnight on our travel to Virginia. The hotel surrounding area was immaculate. Plenty of places to eat. The hotel itself has a bagel breakfast bar. The entire stay was great.nice room, excellent customer service very clean facilities. We will definitely come back Highly recommend it.

Place is clean. But room service cleaning isn’t till after the second night stay. I went down early Sunday morning and asked about late check out the told me no cause the room already got booked and mind you hotel check in isn’t till three but answer was no . The cleaning people or staff is very nosey listen to door standing in the hallway staring at you. Overall the hotel is clean.

We stayed at this hotel when it was Microhtel. The interior of the hotel looks great, new carpeting, new furniture in rooms. Our disappointment was in the breakfast. The only hot items were toasted bread and bagels. I was surprised there were no waffles or scrambled eggs. No big deal for us, we went to a local diner for breakfast. There should be some nontification that you do not serve a hot breakfast.
