Day of arrival there were no sufficient towels available. Room was not cleaned, soap was not refilled. At reception they told us that housekeeping noted the light was on red while we are 100% sure we left it green and100% sure it was still green when we came back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. I appreciated the extra security on the door. Breakfast was very nice. Just one thing, please seperate the almond milk from the regular milk. The counter top lables do not help as other guests can mix them up.
