Nasty!!! Don’t recommend!!!!

All the reviews I read before booking this hotel have to be paid reviews. This hotel was nasty! I paid over $200 to stay here, plus the front desk charged me an additional $30 for a utility fee???? I normally stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels because they are normally clean and have nice rooms. This place was so gross! Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

It was okay. For the price point I expected better. The dog fee ($50) is outrageous. The lobby needs some sprucing up, warmer lights, some rugs etc. The room and bathroom felt dated. Staff was excellent though, very friendly and helpful. Tdlr, overpriced for what it is.

Great stay!

John, the night manager greeted us with a smile upon arrival at 10:30pm on a Friday. He was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. His customer service skills were exemplary. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. There were a couple of cleanliness issues that I discussed with the morning front desk representative. Overall I give this a hotel a 5 star rating. It was an enjoyable stay and the customer service was excellent.

This facility needs to be deep cleaned. There was a homeless person in a U-Haul doing drugs nearby, who was staying at holiday in express. This is one of the worst places I’ve stayed in. Beds are supper hard and uncomfortable. Never ever again will I stay here.
