It was a good experience. However, they overbooked our room for a king-size bed and downsized it to 2 full-size beds. The refrigirator did not work in the room. They refused to give us a credit for the mishap. The New Years Eve Celebration that the hotel put on was nice. Nice location and quiet.

Amazing community/resort! Staff was great, condo was great! My ONLY critique, not even a complaint, is that the televisions are not smart TVs. I was able to find a cable at Walmart to use the TV as a display for my phone so we could binge watch our shows, but other than that, we had a LOVELY stay!

The staff were very kind and polite. However, when we walked up to our condo unit, there were cobwebs and dead bugs and dried leaves around the exterior door—not a pleasant way to enter a space. The inside of the unit was clean, but everything was dated and old and the curtains were faded. We stayed as a family of 4, and when we went to take our showers, they only had to wash cloths. When I called housekeeping to ask two more, they said that they had run out. 😟 We don’t plan to return.

The spa, indoor pool, and hot tub were great, and the customer service was very good. But the toilet in our unit wasn't functioning properly and we had to call maintenance every day to fix it. That should have been fixed before they had anyone stay in the unit. Also the property was presented as a resort but it's a resort in a gated community with residents as well as guests which gives a different vibe. There were 4 bugs in our unit, it seems they need better pest control.
