Pet friendly, close to Busch gardens, staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. The hotel is allegedly “renovated” but looks very dated inside the rooms- yet still not bad if you aren’t looking for luxury. The breakfast was edible. If you’re looking for no frills place to stay near Busch gardens, this is your place.

No Wyndham No More.

Room was OK except for the following: the toilet and toilet seat were not aligned hard to stay on it. Giant crack in the shower across several rows of tile. The lavatory sink appeared to be separating from the counter.. The digital alarm clock displayed a time in an alien language. The side exterior door to the hotel stayed open every time I saw it. Not much security there. Don’t plan on streaming anything on the TV even though it has that capability. And lastly, for some reason, they store a right hand, opening refrigerator in a left hand opening cabinet right at the foot of one of the beds. Not sure the thought process there it only gives you a couple feet of room to get in the fridge. Now the good, they had a very nice vanity mirror, which wasn’t actually in the bathroom, but it had the capability of heating itself which, if it were in the bathroom and steamy, it would clear itself up. That was a nice touch.

There for just one night it was what was expected for the price. Although alittle outdated, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Basic and simple but perfect for an overnight stay.

I don’t typically leave reviews but this property was incredibly overrated and overpriced. To start with the staff who checked us in was very unfriendly. The hallway leading to the room had a very bad odor. The shower leaked and toilet leaked and we alerted staff only be told that maintenance would come. They never came. The attempted upgrades were poorly done and the door was colored with what appeared to be a brown marker where it had been damaged, one could assume that it had been broken in to. This is not at all what was portrayed nor is it what one would expect from a Wyndham property.

I had an event at 4:00, check-in was supposed to be 3 and I was told it wouldn’t be available until 4:00. Then I had to use a credit card that I didn’t want to use because the attendant could t figure out how to operate the computer. Shower door wouldn’t close so water was all over the floor and I fell getting out of the shower! NEGATIVE stars on this visit!

Worst hotel we ever stayed at

The whole hotel had a very strong smell of weed and musty odor. The breakfast was unedtilable. Worst tasting food, the toilets in our room and father in law’s room didn’t work and had to call management up to fix them. They still didn’t work right. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. On day 4 we had to find a different hotel cause this one was so horrible. Management was a joke.
