The property was clean and nice. When we got to our room the bathroom door would not close all the way. When we opened the tv it did not work. Went to call the front desk but the phone was broken. Walkd down to front desk and someone came and fixed the TV right away. Door and phone remained broken. Other than this stay was nice.

We got in very late around 8pm. The tv was not working and i called downstairs tonhave sone one come upntonf9x the tv connection. No one came up. The was a wedding at the site, and the party and thenpeople were incredibly loud till late.

I would have given 5 stars but the room we were in had a few problems. We couldn't get the phone to work to call the front desk. Apparently broken. The tv had very limited channels to watch. The bathtub needs some repair work, maybe a refinishing since the last one is wearing off. And the shower head is loose in the wall. No ring around it or support to keep it tight. Otherwise it was a very nice room. I thought breakfast was included but you have to pay extra for that. However, all of the staff we met was super friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at Doubletree by Hilton was excellent. The room was spacious, the staff friendly and professional, the bed was comfortable and clean towels every day were appreciated. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but varied, convenient and the food was good.

The room smelled of sewer. The sink stopper was broken. The toilet ran. The iron was broken. Absurd dining prices for mediocre food. Another run-down Hilton property. Room 267 needs to be taken out of service.
