Gorgeous house. I know it’s part of a duplex, but it felt like our own house. It’s very spacious, which is not a surprise. I chose it because it had listed the square footage of our house. Huge dinning room and living room. I would give this 10/10 for the door locks with codes. This made us in complete control of our house. It’s so easy and smooth. It’s also easy because you don’t worry about keys. The place was super clean, there were no shortcuts. Comfort and sleep was good, I didn’t hear any noise from the street. This house is located in the proper historic district, about a five min walk by foot from the water front on Water St. The only downside is the bathroom. It’s not a cleaning issue. It’s just a tiny old bathroom with one pedestal style sink and one antiquated tub with some sort of a fabricated shower head, super annoying setup, no picture to show that. Because I have kids, I wouldn’t choose that house. You can’t even fit a mom and a child in there because the bathroom is absurdly tiny. The kitchen is fabulous. All kinds of ovens and a microwave. We were able to warm up our food and feed the kids for snacks and such, which was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with a hassle-free Keurig machine for coffee. The kitchen was very large. I ran one load of laundry and it was easy and also used the dryer. I found everything I needed to live there comfortably. The white swing in the front porch is adorable and my girls and I spent a lot of time there, we had a blast
