We stayed at the lake house to not really boat, but just have a nice place to stay that was quiet, relaxing and clean while we celebrated a family birthday. The property owner was the most responsive that I have ever had and I greatly appreciated the fact she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Also, the lake house was very clean. I usually clean every place I ever stay at from top to bottom before I start my stay and I didn’t have to do that here. I was so incredibly impressed with how clean and well appointed the lake house was especially given its size. I highly recommend this lake house. They are great hosts.

The property was beautifully decorated and perfect for our group. The close proximity to the lake and the use of the boat dock was exactly what we needed to entertain a group of teenagers for the weekend. We also utilized the golf cart for moving coolers and other items to and from the dock, which was very helpful. The owner was wonderful to work with and was onsite within minutes to assist with a question that I had. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay there again in the future.

This was our third time staying at the property. Foresa is always so responsive and goes to great lengths to make sure our stay is great. I love the updates to the furnishings since our last stay
it was great before and now that much better. The common space/game room down by the lake was new this year and was a nice add for a break from the sun. Access to the boat slip and location on the lake continues to be a huge plus! As usual, we had a great stay and plan to be back next summer!

Great Weekend Trip

Property is exactly as advertised. Communication was great from owner, everything went flawlessly. Driveway was perfect for our trailer and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Close to twin creeks marina for food and the boat launch was barely one mile away. Highly recommend!

Lake family vacation

We had a great time at the lake and found the perfect home for our stay. The house was very clean and updated. Our host was extremely responsive and would check on us just to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we needed. This is the perfect place to stay for a couple nights or for a couple weeks. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the hospitality.

4th of July on the water!

This was our second time staying at one of this host’s properties, and honestly, they could not be more accommodating! We had an elderly couple with us and she left her golf cart for us to use to make their trips down and up from the dock easier. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you might need for a great stay! She even brought us an air pump for our tube. There are three levels, with lots of “sleeping” options which makes it so easy for families traveling together with children in different age groups. Foresha is so kind and responds quickly to any question/request! I’m sure our 3rd trip is right around the corner!

Bonnaroo Recharge

We worked the Bonnaroo Festival and used this location to go back to so we could rest and recharge for the next day. Highly recommend this property for peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second year staying at this property and look forward to coming back again and again. Can’t beat the accommodations and easy access to the lake. We bring our boat so super huge plus to have a boat slip and the location on the lake is superb
nice and quiet spots for water sports or just cruising around. We made some minor recommendations after our stay last year and the owner made those changes which only took an already great stay to the next level this year. Can’t miss on this property!

Perfect as described

We had a group of my brothers and cousins stay here- all adults and was a great weekend. The house was spotless and has a great view with a short walk to covered marina just down the hill. All the photos are accurate and location is easy to find. Owner was very easy to communicate with and check in and out was seamless. Will be staying here again!

Excellent rental for a large group

These 2 properties worked out perfectly for our family and freinds to hang out at the lake and enjoy the lake life. Our group of 18 all felt right at home in tbe really upscale homes. It was very clean,comfortable, and had all of the items available that a group of vacationers would need. It was really nice to have a boat slip available just steps away from the home. The fishing, scenery, and accommodations were all great. Id love a vacation like this again soon!

Even better than the pictures!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and love that it had living areas on three levels. Perfect set up for teenage children (upstairs in the loft), grandparents (main level master) and my wife and me in the lower level suite. Easy access to dock where we had our boat in one of the slips for the week. Dock is on a nice little cove where we could paddle board and kayak when not on the boat. Very quite part of the lake past the bridge to the north which was great for water sports. When not on the lake, we spent a lot of time on the patio - plenty of seating and enjoyed the fire table at night. Great communication with the host. Will definitely plan a trip back. Thanks for everything Foresa and family!

Memorial Day Weekend-last minute get away

My husband and I decided to take our boys on a quick lake get away. The host/owner of this property responded almost immediately and was extremely accommodating! The property was easy to find, very clean + welcoming. All rooms were well furnished and decorated beautifully. beds and linens were soft. The showers had shampoo, conditioner and body soap, so I never even had to unpack mine. The patio area was relaxing and inviting and had nice furnishings. The boat slop was convenient and had a nice dock area that extended out for fishing. We are already looking forward to returning!

Best lakeview luxury property on Tims Ford Lake! No wonder so many musicians have homes here!

Tastefully decorated with extra special touches! Super clean spotless property! Peaceful, relaxing, luxury new property that was well equipped with anything we needed! Easily prepared large meals for family! 1.8 miles to Winchester Bass Club boat loading ramp and 5 minutes to the property’s nice covered dock and slip by boat. Perfect set up for multi-families! Best host l've ever encountered always going above and beyond! Amazing sunset views! Plenty of parking for guests and boat trailers. Convenient area of the lake. Flexible check in/out! Nice high ceilings! TVs are in every rooms. Super soft new bedding, pillows, towels & linens. Well stocked w basic essentials! Great outdoor space for activities. Nice dock for swimming/fishing. Loved the new spring chairs /ample comfortable patio seating & fire-pits! Ambient outdoor lighting. Loved the gas grill as others seem to have gone w charcoal & that's so messy/time consuming. Highly recommend this space to anyone! Surprised how affordable this luxury property was when others were 3-4 times the cost! This is a must see and stay! There are hand painted murals on the wall of award winning musicians which was unique! Was thrilled to meet country artist Walker Hayes and his family! Will definitely be back!
