I've stayed here multiple time in the past havnt been in a while decided to stay again and it was a mistake! First off i have a service animal and it was noted in my booking. When arrived they asked for ID for my service animal which is against the law. They are only allowed to ask two questions about service animals. As soon as i got into my room a cockroach crawed out from behind the tv. The pilliows are not bed pillows they are throw pillows. The floors seemed to be clean

It looked like a cosmetic remodel had been done but everything was dirty in all of the corners of the bathroom, and hallways. The carpeting was dirty, and worn in the hall ways with carpet strings showing. When we arrived there was no water available and said it would be fixed in approximately an hour. When we got back from dinner we checked and the water was working but what came out of the faucet was grey in color and there was no hot water till the next morning. We were afraid to use the water to brush our teeth and went to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water and they told us it was $2.00 each. Not a place I'd stay again ever!

The rooms were clean and the facility seemed safe and well maintained. The room had seen many patches and repairs and had a distinct smell. The indoor pool, “gym” and breakfast were a plus.

Had a plumbing problem. Called the front and one ever came. Beeakfast quality has decreased. Very slow elevator. Many broken fire doors on stair well. Repo tow truck towing a vehicle one night. Weed smell in every corridor. We are regular visitors to Winchester but will have to use a different property. Were told it was a new owner but there is a lot to improve.

This hotel was nice but could use some updating. Several machibes dont work. The staff was very courteous and iffered things to do in the area. The rooms were clean, which is what matters.

First, the elevator was not working properly, then then shower handle and base was broken and the hair dryer was also broken. I'm disappointed with this hotel overall but hopefully they will make the necessary updates to the property and revisit the food options they are serving.
