We felt very welcomed by Dotty. The property is very central and super convenient. The room was very spacious and with a lovely view into the beautiful garden. Toilet is private but not ensuite. I enjoyed the breakfast chatting to other guests in the kitchen. It felt very human and connecting. Thanks Dotty we will visit again.

Room was absolutely lovely, very homely and Dotty made us feel very welcome. We felt like we were at an old friends house for breakfast the next morning, it's a beautiful kitchen/dining area and Dotty made the best scrambled eggs. Would highly recommend.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful. Greeted by the lovely Rosie, she made us feel very welcome. Had a lovely breakfast cooked fresh with plenty of options.
