The best hotel experience I had. A room so spacious, clean with a full kitchen. All staff were very polite and helpful. Included Breakfast was not the greatest but had variety of selections from food, drinks, and fruits. Super convenient location with many stores and restaurants close by. 100%, I would come back with no hesitation.

Couldn’t get the room I requested but that was ok took all of our stuff to the room they gave us with a luggage rack full the dog the elevator and get to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. So back down to the desk we went.

There were charges to our room and I called to dispute the charges. The charges were not much - about $12.00 . My point to the manager is that we didn’t buy the snacks. She told me that we did and just forgot. I told her that we had brought so much food that we could feed an army. It’s a shame that she didn’t do more research to verify who did the purchases. Besides this we had a wonderful experience.

Great modern and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only weird thing was when they did housekeeping they only cleaned our bathroom and did not fix our bed. But other than that everything else was great. Breakfast was awesome and location was great for Shenandoah park and Luray caverns. Very close to downtown as well.

Would have rated it higher had it not been for the breakfast experience. Breakfast food area poorly laid out, trash can overflowing which was not appetizing, bacon was razor thin, and they took the coffee away when they closed down the breakfast area at 9:30. I don't think I can ever remember staying at a hotel where there was no coffee available in the lobby area that early in the day!
