Great location near Point Pelee National Park and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, our room wasn't cleaned during the stay, and the activity area was always too busy to use. Good overall, but needs some improvements.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western in Leamington. I thought the location was perfect for our local activities, and the pool/indoor play area was perfect for kids. I would definitely come back! However there were some funky smells in some areas of the hotel (not in the room), and I wasnt prepared for the additional charge for cleaning the room after my dog was there (in addition to the $30/night fee for a dog, which i was prepared for). The staff explained that this is for allergies, not because a dog makes a mess. I just wish that this information was on the expedia website.

I booked two rooms online back in April at the same time. When we checked in the rooms were on different floors not even close to each other. A friend called and booked another room stating she wanted close to us as well and was put on the other side of hotel. The room I was in the bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere. This was our second time staying here with a group of 8 with 6 motorcycles and will probably be our last.

For kids it's heaven... But for $300 i night that breakfast is included but No dinner experience menu is pathetic, Just eat somewhere else. When my kid dropped his ball under the bead, well I didn't expect to pull out somebody else's sock coverd with dust from 10 years. Overall it was good experience.

Overall our stay was good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool and the fun zone were great, specially on a rainy day. Our room was good other than our door broke and if it wasn’t for the patio door we would have been locked in our room. They were able to fix the door after a few hours
