The house was nice and clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was being accused of having 2 more people stay because my son and his girlfriend helped me unload and get settled. I had even told the host I was coming to windsor to see my son. I received an email within 10 minutes of arriving stating I should update my booking to add 2 people. I am a very honest person and did not appreciate this. Other than that, everything was smooth.
We traveled to Windsor for a special show Saturday night and needed a place close to the Walkerville theater.
You have the home to yourself with three bedrooms/ 3 beds, well, supplied, kitchen. And small living room with app
channels
This is a cozy house, all the three rooms are very nice and clean. The kitchen is extraordinary clean with beautiful fridge. The bathroom is superb and very clean. The living room, as perfect and clean it is, it has a flaw, the carpet in question, is not really good enough, it leaps up and it can lead to trip and fall. Couch is good and backyard is really pleasant. We liked the house and all friends that visited us over there liked it. Infact, all the basic necessities are provided, you won't lack anything. I will not hesitate to book this house again if I'm coming to Windsor. It is 5-star.

Clean, recently updated home with 3 small bedrooms. Updates were modern and had most of what you needed for a stay. There was a faint odour of old smoking in the house. The owner gave clear easy to follow directions which helped because parking at the rear of the house would have been hard to find.
Overall it was a nice stay close to the border for us to attend a concert.
We had a great stay despite issues with an air conditioner that the owners went above and beyond to provide a window unit to assist, which worked great.
Kitchen had a few essentials that helped us make meals while there.
Loved the location, we took our scooters & rode all over, daily
A short ride to everything. Especially the riverwalk,
The beds were smaller than a queen, so we opted to have our own bedrooms. The bathroom& kitchen look newly remodeled & were nice.
The back yard is chill & had a good table to eat meals at.
Note the alley pic, it helps when finding your parking spot at night.
Home is nicely renovated and very clean. Unfortunately we came during the storm in mid January so the road noise was very loud. As well the wind was whistling through windows and the wind chimes next door made sleeping quite the challenge.
Fred & Sophia's place is spacious, updated & spotless. It has a huge, recently renovated kitchen fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, short or long term except a dishwasher. Many thoughtful touches were appreciated including easily coonnected fast internet, beverages, games and an iron. Excellent & fast communication with host before, during & at end of our stay & easy checkin/out procedure. The 3 bedrooms each had comfortable clean double mattress & soft linens. We slept well as it was dark & quiet, despite fronting a main road. Rear parking spot led to a fenced backyard with nice area to sit on deck. The new bathroom had a large glass doored shower with good water pressure & removable shower head, 2 sets of nice towels. Highly recommended!
We are still looking forward to our stay. We unfortunately had to delay for health reasons but Sophia graciously offered to accommodate us later. How nice is that!!!!
We initially missed the garage on our first drive by as the sensor light didnât turn on. We found our garage spot on the second drive by. The lock box was easy to locate as the sensor lights turned on and were bright enough to see what we needed to do to retrieve the keys. All instructions are posted and easy to read. Once inside, we were very impressed by how bright and clean the whole place was. The kitchen was stocked with necessities, the beds were comfy and the bathroom had a good layout so multiple people can be in the space to get ready. We will definitely rent this place again when we come back to Windsor.
We had a lovely little family get together. The place was great. Everything was clean. Seems to be recently renovated. Lovely little fenced in back yard with deck, table, picnic table, gardens & nice front porch too. Alley parking. The kitchen had all the things to meet our food needs. The decor was lovely. The beds were fine, cozy, but all doubles. If you are sensitive to perfumes, the glade plug-ins were a bit much, so I just unplugged. We will definitely consider booking again. The location was very convenient to Walkerville and not far from downtown Windsor.
I would highly recommend staying here! Very cute 3 bedroom house, was very clean and hostess even had a bottle of wine for us. Was nice to have the option of either sitting out on the front or back porch as we are sun chasers. Beautiful morning walk through Willistead Park ( which was just done the street) such historic homes in this area!
Pleased with the home , itâs cleanliness . Host responded right away . Beds were a little uncomfortable but overall enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much ! Weâre able to see family .
The owner had no respect for us at all they walked in on us twice and the second time they kicked us out at midnight and they were recording us invading our privacy without permission... Worst place I've ever been in everything is small and not clean ... You can tell how wide is the house by just spreading your arms ... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IF THERE'S NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW THEY'LL BE THE FIRST ONES TO GET IT
I was in town on short notice due to my moms hospital stay. The house was perfect, and very cute. You can hear Walker Rd but itâs not anything you mind.
The home is exactly as pictured. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything was well stocked for our stay. The location was perfect for our needs, with ample parking in the back. Sophia was quick to respond to all of my questions prior to our visit and made sure to be available for us should we have needed anything. I would be pleased to stay at her property again.
