Found the the previous travellers used thong in the room. Was told a manager would call to discuss this, but no call. Makes you question how well the rooms are cleaned if something like a dirty thong can be overlooked under a foot stool.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was easy to find. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with updated bathroom design. Didn't have to wait for hot water in the shower. Very quiet as well. Continental breakfast was appreciated. Basics with cereals, yogurt, breads and fruit. Dining area was clean and food was fresh. Coffee and juice options as well. We stayed a night before catching the Via Rail to Montreal. Would definitely stay again.

The attendant in the lobby was very welcoming and attentive. The place is very clean and tastefully decorate and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good and satisfying. Fresh fruit, cereals, bagels and yogurts etc. We also found it very quiet at night. Will come again.

Nothing special, but quite nice

We were quite pleased with this hotel. It was clean, modern and included a continental breakfast. I was impressed that the continental breakfast was more than just some muffins and coffee and things like that. There was quite a selection of things and we were very happy that we didn't have to go somewhere for a real breakfast. I would certainly return there again.

Friendly staff, great value

We were greeted on arrival by a lovely front desk attendant named Alicia. She made check in easy, explained what we needed to know, had our room ready, she was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The room was clean, bed was comfy, we had an upgraded room which was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again, no hesitation.
