very spacious and clean

My husband and me stayed here for 3 nights to visit San Francisco. Yes, it is an hour away, but I did not want to spend a lot of money on poor accommodation directly in San Francisco. To be honest, I'm really prickly and put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness. That's why I chose this resort. The reviews spoke for themselves. And we were not disappointed. We got a room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was really huge and comfortabel. There was a fully equipped kitchen. We were missing nothing. Everything fine. The carpet was already a bit expired, but that did not bother us a lot. The bathrooms and bedrooms were extremely clean, which is always most important to me. Too bad we could not enjoy the room any longer. Due to our full sightseeing program, we stayed really spend too less of our time at this beautiful apartment.

I booked reservations 3 months prior & the night before I receive a phone call that my reservation was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances! What??? I had a party of 4 travelers & we had booked a condo unit with 4 beds & 2 baths! They wanted to put us in a hotel 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds & 1 bath for 4 people! What? Not acceptable! We requested our money back & had to last minute book a vrbo townhouse to accommodate our group & of course pay more money! Expedia was awesome in refunding things quickly & giving us the difference we had to pay more to stay somewhere else! Expedia is great! The Windsor property management poor! Don’t book Windsor they will cancel you last minute !

Very good experience
.with one exception

Property is well maintained, clean and conveniently located. The only issue is that upon checkin to get our keys I was pressured to attend a sales meeting to purchase a timeshare. I didn’t want to be rude to the sales person, but I had absolutely zero interest in a timeshare, having owned one in the past. Having to navigate that pressured encounter was a drag when I only wanted to get my keys and start my vacation.

Loved this property! Stayed with my Fiance! Great for family ❀ Only wished the hot tubs were fixed & WiFi should be free 😊 other than that, great stay. Staffs were very accommodative and informative. We had Dante that introduced us to the nearby restaurants and what to do around the area. Greatly appreciated.

My sons and I booked our WorldMark stay via Expedia and got a very sweet deal. We understood that WorldMark is also a time share company and were prepared for their pitch... Check in was easy...more like a hotel...but then in order to get our wrist bands we had to go see a sales person...and there were at least 5 to 6 of them hanging around. The sales guy was nice and gave us some information about eating out, etc. Then he wanted to know what our plans were...and would we be interested in a $100 comp if we attended a lecture of some sort...um...no! Eventually he gave up and we got our wristbands (the door key)...although out of the 3 wrist bands only one worked which necessitated a return trip to the sales desk! The room was nice and the grounds were nicely kept. The kitchen was relatively well stocked with cooking items...although the dishwasher door had seen better days and the cooktop exhaust unit had no lights (burnt out). Bathrooms were clean and so were the bedrooms. Some plusses...every balcony has a gas fired BBQ and we used ours a lot. Parking is easy and plentiful. Note that you have to buy internet service...it is not included in the price of the room. As of this writing it cost $9.95 for three devices for 24 hrs. Not terrible but it's an added cost. All three of us could not get the TV to accept ChromeCast...using both Android and Apple devices...so we just went out and purchased a USB-C to HDMI cable and used our phones to stream movies to the TV.

The resort is beautiful and the lake is stunning. I love the units and how big they are, totally worth the money. However, the staff behind the front desk are rude and make the check-in process uncomfortable. Luckily I dont have to deal with them afterwards. Other than that its worth the stay.

We'll Be Returning

Loved the 2-bdrm suite, perfect with two kids since we didn't have to sit quietly on the bed after they were asleep. They think of everything and gave so many fun things for the kids. Wonderful!

The property was very nice, when I checked in they gave me a thorough explanation of available amenities and asked me if I had preference for what floor or how close I would like to be to the pool or hot tubs. When I told them I would be away attending a weeding they gave me a room that was easy to get to and from the parking areas without hassle. A very nice and attentive staff and property.

The stay was very nice. My only tiny complaint was that upon check in we were told that the pool and hot tub were open untill 11:00 pm and at found out that they were closed at ten when we tried to go soak at ten fifteen. Other than that it was great
