It is over-rated and out-dated . The property location is close to Main Street and highway, beside near-by good restaurants there is nothing good about the location. The check in process was smooth , however the receptionist did not mention anything about breakfast location or time , WiFi , swimming pool time , I had to ask . Also when I booked my room , the description and pictures should include hot tub, I found that only rooms with king bed have the hot tub , and I needed 2 queen beds . I found used open soap on sink in the restroom . There is Outdated furniture . my reservation has Buffett breakfast, unfortunately the canceled it and change it to seated , my family prefers buffet . In summary the hotel should be 3 star and cheaper for what it provides and building condition.

The property is in a good location and in very good condition. Unfortunately, the welcome process was most “unwelcoming”. The staff we encountered at check in were cold and aloof no doubt in small part to the influence of their supervisor ( Australian or New Zealand accent). No property map provided, no information provided about hotel features, amenities or hours of their availability. Throughout my brief stay, the staff seemed to avoid eye contact with guests and no hospitality greetings offered (good morning, good afternoon.. etc.) We usually use Marriott and also had a great experience at a Hampton Inn this trip. This stay was a tad disappointing although it did represent a decent value for price paid.

The property was great, the room was horrible! The keurig didn't work and didn't bother to do anything about it, including letting me know they couldn't replace it. We called about it 3 times the previous day.The remote sucked, the bathroom handle kept falling off, requested afternoon house keeping, showed up first thing in the morning. The handset for the phone was also broken.

Rooms need a refresh. And a thorough cleaning. In room phone worked sporadically. Placed a call for fresh towels and 6 hours later walked to front desk to get them. Lobby was out of amenities such as coffee, soda water dispenser did not work. Overall not the experience you expect from Hyatt. Pool was lovely-landscaping is beautiful. Great location.

Beautiful property with gated parking. Neighborhood could be a little iffy at night, but there’s a lot of restaurants and stuff going on so we felt safe. My only complaint was we didn’t get any room services second day we were there. I had to go to the desk and ask for clean towels and for someone to make up the bed and empty the garbage. Then we had three maids show up at the door. The desk clerk said they were very busy and just decided not to do housekeeping for people that were there longer than one night. Didn’t tell us that when we checked in. Other than that, everything was delightful very expensive, but delightful.

Overall a good choice and well located for our visit to Wineries in Sonoma and the Russian River Valley. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa.
