Low staff motel was left unattended- staff running 3 different motels simultaneously driving to and from each motel as needed. The 1 st floor room key would not work and needed to be reprogrammed multiple times. Rooms are clean, minimal noise- hair dryer was missing from its wall holder, bed was comfortable

Took the staff 35-45 minutes to walk down from their other hotel to check us in. Checked into a queen size room when we reserved king size. She was rude when I asked to switch stating that is what I reserved when it is clear as day in our reservation. TV remote didn’t work.

Pros: well lit parking area close to the rooms, bathrooms did have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Cons: bathroom sink only had hot water, rooms were very loud from both neighboring guests and street noise, sheets were stained, bathroom window did not lock (at street level).

When we got to the motel, no one was at the desk, so we called the number listed twice and no one picked up. Finally we get a call back, the front desk gal said she’ll be right there. She pulled up in a car and came through the front door and was just snippy the whole interaction. The rooms were ok, fairly clean. Parking was not great. But overall, the stay is reflected of the price.
