We booked two rooms. One was dirty. Had not been cleaned. Bed had been slept on. Beer bottle. Towels on floor. Smelled of urine. They moved us to a room that the heater didnât work. It was 28â at night. My daughter had to go stay at her grandparents house with her boyfriend
Second day we asked for towels and cleaning of second room and complained of no heat. The front desk person said it did work and that it was part of the AV unit
That turned out not to be true and had to move us to a different room
The bathrooms were gross and the floors were nasty carpet. I am not picky but it was not nice We stayed because behind the front desk was a hand written sign that said âŠ. SORRY NO REFUNDS
Never staying there again It was sad
We had been traveling fo hours simply asked if we could check in an hour early⊠Staff opened the door 1/4 way and said absolutely not and slammed the door! The rudest person I have spoken to in a long time! Then come to find out she charged my card without my permission, I wanted to pay on site. Worst customer service ever!
The linen was soft but. Everyone checking seemed to be placed right next to eachother. It was apparently trash day and the dumpster was behind us, the toilet kept refiling throughout the night, the smoke detector started beeping low during the night, and outdated showers.
Clearer instructions on how to work the heater in the room would have been nice. We couldn't get it to blow anything more than slightly warm. Should have gone back over to the office but it was late and we were tired.
First room had not been cleaned. Second room had been cleaned, but poorly, some trash in bathroom garbage, hair in sink, old sock under table, carpet not vacuumed well or not at all.
